HP Co-Operative society

Update provided by Shri Jayaprakash regarding the Site visits for finalising the HP Co-Operative society is given under:

"We are pleased to inform that the search process for the locations in Hyderabad is commenced and the we are expecting the formal registration of the society by 15th of Dec’06 under AP Co-Operative Societies Act.

Brief update of the project as of date:
Detailed visit reports of 3 ventures received. Number of membership requests received- 350+.

Our officers have been contacting the developers/ collecting the information/ visiting the sites & obtaining the details. Shri S Sreenivasulu/ Ramesh Suri/ Prakash Yadav/ JP Chowdary / J Jayaprakash/ Arkala Sreedhar have completed first round of search.

A Search team consisting of Shri Ramesh Suri, J Shankar, Smitha Deo & A shridhar (all from Hyderabad) will be intensifying the search operations. Members from other parts of the country to join the search team under intimation to HPHYD@REDIFFMAIL.COM

No money (including commitment fee) will be collected at this stage. However the search costs borne by the members (basis prior clearance) will be reimbursed to them upon formation of the society.

Members to prepare for a visit to Hyderabad at a short notice & line up their finances for advance payments.
Tentative payment schedules are as under:

15th Dec’06- Payment of Search Costs to Society (Rs 5000 per member -refundable after deducting search expenses).

25th Dec’06- Member to visit Hyderabad/ authorize their relatives/friends/ colleagues and participate in visit of the sites, voting & discussions.

25th Dec’06- Member to pay advance amount directly to the developer.

25th Jan’07- Final settlement & registration. (Commencement of installments in case of installment schemes).
Please forward your suggestions regarding draft rules. Non receipt of views will be construed that you will abide by the majority/committee decisions.

In addition to the above, members will also be updated regarding the efforts to persuade the government authorities for allotment of land at concessional rates. The details regarding exemptions from minimum membership, submission of affidavits that members don’t own house/flat, location, amenities, need of domicile certificates, proximity of the proposed land to weaker section colonies etc.,,upper limit of area that can be allotted to the members, costs, liaison costs, time frames are being obtained by some of our members. Kindly forward the information you have regarding Government lands directly to Shri KSL Satyanarayana, Manager (under intimation to hphyd@rediffmail.com), who has been co-coordinating with district collectors on behalf of our society.

Send the details about the ventures/ developers/ lay outs known to them immediately. Last date for receipt of such information is 7th Dec’06. Pl. use the format given in the site/ attachment.
